- Please identify any hazards in advance, including sharp objects, biohazards, pests, mold, or structural concerns.
- Junk Job may refuse or pause service if unsafe conditions are present until they are addressed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Same day changes may be subject to a trip or scheduling fee when crew time has been reserved.
Donation and Recycling
When items are reusable, Junk Job may donate them or route them to recycling partners. Donation and recycling decisions depend on condition, local programs, and facility acceptance. We do not guarantee that any specific item will be donated or recycled.
Property Protection and Damage Claims
- We take care to protect your property during removal.
- Please report any concerns about damage before the crew leaves the site so it can be documented promptly.
- Junk Job is not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues that were not reasonably visible or disclosed.
